of 63jl Platform

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" refers to the 63jl website (63jl.one), all subdomains, mobile-web interfaces, and all associated services and features operated by 63jl.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 63jl registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of deposited funds, credited winnings, and applicable bonus funds held in a Player's 63jl Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet awards, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 63jl.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by a Player via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds or a deposit amount must be staked across eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 63jl prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, consistent with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for the regulation of gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the 63jl Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any policies incorporated herein by reference — including the 63jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are available on this website.

This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and 63jl with respect to the subject matter hereof. Where any translated version of this Agreement conflicts with the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.

Access to and use of the 63jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform. This minimum age requirement applies regardless of any lower age of majority in any jurisdiction. 63jl strictly enforces this requirement in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• You must be the registered account holder and the beneficial owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your 63jl Account. Playing on behalf of another person or using another person's payment credentials is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or other gaming restriction that would prohibit or limit your access to online gaming services.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is legal and not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location prior to registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of 63jl or of any gaming content provider supplying games to the 63jl Platform.

63jl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to meet or maintain any of the above conditions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and — where fraud or misrepresentation is involved — recovery of winnings.

Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) 63jl Account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly should it change. 63jl is not liable for any loss or complication arising from outdated account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. You agree to use a strong password unique to your 63jl Account, to enable two-factor authentication where available, and to log out of your Account on shared devices. 63jl will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by the User's failure to maintain credential security.

63jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (₱100) for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Player's Balance within approximately 60 seconds of successful processing. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within the same banking business day. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by third-party payment provider delays beyond 63jl's control.

• All deposit payment methods must be in the Player's own name and registered to the same identity as the 63jl Account.
• Deposits made by third parties, using shared payment credentials, or via payment methods not registered to the Account holder, are not permitted and may be reversed.
• 63jl does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which 63jl bears no responsibility.
• All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction.
• 63jl reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of any deposit where the amount is unusually large or where AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations require it.

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. 63jl reserves the right to route withdrawals to the payment method used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until outstanding KYC verification requirements, if any, have been fully satisfied.
• 63jl reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending investigation where suspected fraud, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement is identified.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• 63jl does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payout methods. Cryptocurrency network fees may apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount where applicable.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply. The standard daily limit for unverified accounts is PHP 50,000 (₱50,000). Verified (fully KYC-cleared) accounts may request up to PHP 500,000 (₱500,000) per day, subject to review.

63jl offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, free credits, and loyalty tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of each offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 63jl promotions unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds portion of a Player's Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) eligible Account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via the same or linked accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeit without compensation.
• 63jl reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim bonus credits where misuse, fraud, abuse of the promotion system, or breach of this Agreement is detected. This includes but is not limited to the use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., low-risk wagering strategies using the bonus to circumvent wagering requirements).
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages for each bonus are stated in the applicable promotion terms. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slot games may contribute at a lower percentage or be excluded entirely.

All games available on the 63jl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you accept those specific game rules in addition to this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall apply to that specific game only.

63jl's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested to ensure game integrity. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers using physical equipment. The 63jl Platform does not influence game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the house edge (RTP) declared for each game.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the game's standard rules. 63jl is not liable for losses arising from Player-side connectivity failures.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and table are displayed prior to participation. 63jl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects game outcome integrity, 63jl reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return bets to the Player's Balance. 63jl will not pay winnings from rounds affected by technical errors.
• Sports betting odds and lines are set by 63jl and may be adjusted at any time prior to the start of an event. Bets placed at a specific odds value are settled at those odds regardless of subsequent changes, except where the bet is voided due to event cancellation or change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 63jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance (including Real Money Funds where fraud is involved), and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or any applicable law.
• Registering or operating more than one (1) 63jl Account for any reason, including to obtain multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or access Account functions.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any 63jl game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown platform error may be voided.
• Colluding with other Players, including in live poker or live game-show formats, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 63jl Account, including sharing credentials with family members, friends, or agents.
• Engaging in any form of charge-back, payment reversal, or fraudulent dispute of a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.

All content on the 63jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 63jl or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

63jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 63jl.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63jl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the 63jl Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access, regardless of cause, including scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any unauthorized third-party access to or alteration of your Account or data, where such unauthorized access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any losses attributable to internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages outside 63jl's direct control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information or advice provided on the Platform that is subject to change, including but not limited to game RTP rates, promotional terms, and betting odds.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 63jl to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount of Real Money Funds in your Account at the time the claim arose.

63jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to prohibited conduct under Section 9.
• Failure to meet or maintain the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3, including the discovery of underage registration.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, pending investigation.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder, as provided under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon Account closure for legitimate reasons (i.e., where no breach of this Agreement has occurred), 63jl will return the Real Money Funds Balance to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Where Account closure follows a finding of fraudulent activity or material breach, Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and legal review.

63jl is committed to providing a gaming environment that prioritizes player welfare and responsible gaming. The Platform incorporates the following player protection tools, accessible from Account Settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable on-screen reminders at configurable intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) to prompt awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, access to real-money gaming is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may self-impose temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. Account access is suspended during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the 63jl Platform. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed. Real Money Funds are returned via the registered payment method.

All 63jl gaming services are strictly for players aged 21 years or older, consistent with applicable Philippine law. 63jl operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and supports the availability of third-party problem gambling resources for Filipino players who need assistance.

63jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the 63jl Privacy Policy, available at 63jl.one/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

63jl processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. Personal data submitted to 63jl will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes and will only be shared with service providers as necessary for Platform operation, KYC compliance, and regulatory obligations.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the 63jl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 63jl's customer support process. Unresolved disputes that escalate to formal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits 63jl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform or protect its intellectual property rights.

63jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, 63jl will provide notice to registered Players via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered to the Account, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of changes, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or to address an urgent security, fraud, or compliance matter.

Your continued use of the 63jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The version of this Agreement currently in effect is always available at 63jl.one/terms-conditions and is identified by its Effective Date and Last Updated date displayed at the top of this page.
