of the 63jl Platform

This Policy applies to all personal data processed by 63jl in relation to: (a) registered account holders and applicants; (b) visitors to 63jl.one who have not registered but whose usage data is captured through standard web analytics; and (c) former account holders whose data is retained subject to applicable legal obligations.

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 RA 10173, 63jl acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to the personal data described in this Policy. Where 63jl engages third-party service providers to process data on its behalf, those parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) and are bound by data processing agreements requiring compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

This Policy covers data collected through the 63jl website (63jl.one), the mobile-web platform, customer support channels (live chat and email), and any 63jl promotional communications to which you have subscribed.

63jl collects personal data through multiple channels depending on your interaction with the platform. The categories of personal data we may collect are described in the table below:

63jl processes your personal data for the following purposes. We process only the data categories that are necessary for each specific purpose:

• Account Creation and Management: To create, verify, and manage your 63jl player account, including processing your registration, verifying your identity, and maintaining your account settings and preferences.

• Platform Improvement: To analyse aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve platform performance, game selection, user interface design, and overall player experience for Filipino users.
• Marketing Communications (Consent-Based Only): To send promotional communications, bonus notifications, and platform updates — exclusively to players who have provided explicit marketing consent. This purpose relies solely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act RA 10173, 63jl relies on the following lawful bases for processing your personal data:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and 63jl — i.e., to operate your account and provide gaming services as set out in the 63jl Terms & Conditions.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing conditions, AML obligations under RA 9160, and data subject rights under RA 10173.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and aggregated analytics, where such processing does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms as a data subject.
• Consent: Processing of data for optional marketing communications, where you have provided explicit, freely given, and specific consent. This consent may be withdrawn at any time without penalty to your account.

63jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal data only in the circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for the specified purpose:

• Payment Service Providers: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and USDT processing networks — for the purpose of executing deposits and withdrawals initiated by you. These providers process payment data under their own regulated privacy frameworks.
• KYC and Identity Verification Partners: Third-party identity verification service providers who assist 63jl in verifying the identity and age of account holders in compliance with PAGCOR and AML requirements.

63jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (collectively, "Cookies") on the 63jl.one website and mobile-web platform. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that allow the platform to function correctly and help 63jl understand how players use the site.

63jl retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention guidelines apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Where anonymization is applied, the resulting data is no longer personal data and may be retained for statistical and analytical purposes without limitation.

63jl implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the risk profile of each category of personal data processed. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and 63jl's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (256-bit SSL). This applies to login credentials, payment data, KYC documents, and all other personal data exchanged with the platform.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data stored on 63jl's systems — including KYC documents, financial records, and account credentials — is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to 63jl personnel and authorized processors who have a documented, specific business need. Role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege are applied throughout 63jl's systems.

• Data Breach Response: In the event of a personal data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, 63jl will notify the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected data subjects as required by RA 10173.

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act RA 10173, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 63jl. To exercise any of these rights, contact 63jl's Data Privacy Officer as described in Section 14:

The 63jl platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. 63jl does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During registration, all applicants are required to provide their date of birth and affirm that they are 21 or older. Where 63jl has reason to believe that an account has been registered by an underage individual — through KYC review, fraud monitoring, or a third-party report — the account will be immediately suspended, all gaming activity will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source pending age verification. The personal data of the underage individual will be retained only for the minimum period required to complete the investigation and comply with mandatory reporting obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

As an online platform, 63jl utilizes cloud infrastructure and technology service providers whose servers may be located outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where your personal data is transferred to a jurisdiction outside the Philippines for processing by a third-party service provider, 63jl ensures that:

• The transfer is made only to recipients in jurisdictions providing an adequate level of data protection, as recognized by the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC); or
• Appropriate contractual safeguards are in place between 63jl and the recipient, including data processing agreements requiring compliance with standards equivalent to those under RA 10173; or
• The transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and 63jl (e.g., processing a GCash payment through a global payment processor).

All cross-border data transfers involving personal data are documented and reviewed by 63jl's Data Privacy Officer to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

The 63jl platform may embed or reference third-party services including game studio interfaces, live dealer streaming services, and payment gateway portals. When you interact with a third-party service accessed through the 63jl platform, that third party's own privacy policy and data processing practices govern the data you provide to them directly.

63jl is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other external service. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party service before submitting personal data to them.

The 63jl platform does not display third-party advertising, and 63jl does not use advertising networks, data management platforms, or affiliate tracking technologies that share your browsing behaviour with external advertising partners.

63jl reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When material changes are made to this Policy, 63jl will:

• Update the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
• Post a prominent notice on the 63jl platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the updated Policy taking effect; and
• Where required by RA 10173, seek your renewed consent before processing your data in any materially different manner than described in the version of this Policy in effect at the time you registered.

Your continued use of the 63jl platform after the effective date of a Policy update constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you should close your account and cease use of the platform. The current version of this Policy is always available at 63jl.one/privacy-policy.

63jl has designated a Data Privacy Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act RA 10173. The DPO is the appropriate point of contact for all data subject rights requests, privacy inquiries, and data breach notifications.

If you are not satisfied with 63jl's response to your data subject request or privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC) at privacy.gov.ph. The NPC is the supervisory authority responsible for enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012 RA 10173 in the Philippines.

This Privacy Policy was last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. It is effective from that date and governs all data processing by 63jl in relation to the 63jl platform and associated services.
